More Concert Pics!

Just thought I would post a few more pictures from the Toby Keith concert last week.

The last one is Julianne Hough (from Dancing with the Stars) who opened for him.  Jack Ingram was also there, but we were backstage when he was performing, so we missed most of his set.

Toby Keith Concert!

Ryan and I went to the Toby Keith concert last night at Wells Fargo Arena.  My boss at The Hawk got us tickets and backstage passes, so we got to meet Toby!

The concert was great-- so much fun!  Jack Ingram and Julianne Hough were the other performers at the concert.  We had a ton of fun!  I will post more pictures from the concert in the next couple of days.

Home Again, Home Again!

Kaitlin, Ryan, and I are headed to Bloomfield this weekend. It's Kait's birthday so we're going to celebrate with her. I am also going to check out some prospective wedding and reception locations. I think Bloomfield will be the place. We were kind of playing with the idea of having it in Des Moines, but I think Bloomfield is going to be more convenient and less money than doing it up here!

Aunt Margie, Kait, and I are going to work on an invitation design this weekend, too. I'm excited that things are coming together. I can't wait to have a date and place set in stone! I will be sure to update everyone when that happens.

On Sunday Ryan and I are going to the Toby Keith concert, so I'll be sure to post pictures of that next week. That should be really fun!

Ryan is plugging away at his prospective wind energy business in Kansas. Things are looking great! I hope everything works out. He's been working really hard on everything.

Cabo Video

I thought that I would post the little video tour that Ryan and I did of our resort in Cabo this January. We're a little corny, but you know that already if you read my blog!! :) I had to compress it for the web, so the quality isn't as good as the DVD, but you get the idea.

Internship/Wedding Update!

It's been a while since I've posted, but I have been keeping busy! I have been having a blast at my internship so far. Last Friday we had a "Future Faces of Country Music" concert that Ryan, Kait, one of her friends, and I all went to. It was amazing! All of the acts were fabulous. On the 22nd, I get to go to the Toby Keith concert at Wells Fargo Arena, and my boss got me 2 backstage passes! I'm so excited! I have also been keeping busy with homework and wedding planning. I have made some planning progress, but we are still in the works of finding the perfect place! I think we will hopefully have all of that figured out within the next few weeks. I am excited to have a date and place set soon! Internship Web Video

On Monday, for my internship with 97.3 The Hawk, we went to SomniTech to do a web video promotion. Andy from the Morning Hawk did a sleep study, and they took a video of it. I hope you enjoy all of his jokes. Haha. I am in it, acting like a dork, but I thought that I would share anyway.
